1. Buying a product

How do I buy a product?To buy a product, sign in by clicking the SIGN IN button in the ACCOUNT menu at the top right of the home screen. If you do not have a registration, you will see the button CREAT A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT in the same menu. Press the button and fill in the fields with your data.

Can I buy a product without creating an account?You can also order items without creating a customer account. This is done by selecting the "Order as a guest" option when you finish the order in your cart.

I want to remove a product from my basket, how do I do it?You can remove a product from your cart by pressing the "x" symbol at the right of the item's price in the basket.

How do I create an account?From the ACCOUNT menu in the upper right corner of the home page of our site, click the SIGN IN button. In the dialog window that opens, you will see the CREATE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT button. Press the button and fill in the fields with your data.

How can I pay my order?You can pay your order via cash on delivery or via the ePay.go system.

Where can I receive my shipment?You can receive your shipment to an address, as well as at the offices of the kcourier company Econt.

Do you deliver out of the country?We currently deliver only within the Republic of Bulgaria.
5. Return policy

How and when can I return my purchased item(s)?You may return the goods you have purchased within the established deadline of 14 working days from the day of purchase of the goods if they have not been used, the integrity of their packaging has not been violated and they are in the form in which they were received. All the conditions are set under the conditions of Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Law.

Under what conditions can I return the items?You can return the items if they are not used, the integrity of their packaging is not disturbed and there are no traces of use. The transport cost are payed by the customer.
